This Privacy Policy explains what information Decamer Images ("we", "us") collects at decamerimages.com, why we collect it, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect only what we need to create and deliver your custom portrait, we never sell your data, and your uploaded photos are used solely to make your artwork.

1. Who we are

Decamer Images is an online studio that turns customer photos into hand-painted-style digital portraits. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

• Your photo — the image you upload at checkout, used to create your portrait.
• Your email address — so we can confirm your order and deliver the finished file.
• Order details — the style you chose, order number, timestamps, and payment status.
• Server logs — standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and reliability.

3. What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number. All payment details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout and are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

4. How we use your information

• To create your portrait (your uploaded photo).
• To confirm your order and email you the finished 4K file (your email address).
• To provide support, re-deliver files, and process refunds if something goes wrong (order details).
• To keep the site secure and working (server logs).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your photos with anyone for marketing purposes. We do not publish your photos anywhere.

5. Third-party services

A small number of processors help us run the store. Each only receives what it needs:

• Stripe — payment processing (card data never reaches our servers). Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment step.
• Resend — delivery of your order confirmation and finished file by email (we share your email address with Resend for this purpose only).
• Cloudflare — content delivery and protection for this website.

6. Retention

Your download link stays active for at least 90 days after delivery. We keep your order record and the photo you uploaded so we can re-deliver files and handle after-sales support. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see section 8).

Server logs (including IP address) exist only for security and abuse prevention. They are rotated automatically every day, and old daily log files are deleted after 30 days.

7. Cookies

This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for checkout to work (provided by Stripe). We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

8. Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data — including your uploaded photo and order record — by emailing [email protected]. We honour such requests regardless of where you live and answer within a reasonable time.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Material changes that affect existing orders will be announced by email.
