How ordering works

1. Choose a style and upload your photo at checkout.
2. Complete payment securely via Stripe.
3. Receive your print-ready 4K portrait by email within 24–48 hours.

Photo guidelines

Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos without hats or bulky headwear produce the best results. Thick or reflective glasses may show minor artifacts.

Digital delivery

All products are digital files (4K+, 300 DPI, PNG). Nothing is physically shipped. Your download link is personal and remains active for at least 90 days.

Artistic discretion

Each portrait is a unique artistic creation: minor variations in exact pose, background details or composition may occur. Your facial features are faithfully preserved in the chosen style.

Refunds

Because every portrait is custom-made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If something is wrong with your file (corrupt download, wrong image), contact us and we will make it right with a redelivery or a full refund.

Privacy

Your photo is used solely to create your portrait. We never share, publish or sell uploaded photos. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number.
